I don't wanna be a Londoner.

Hello! I'm Rach, a 25-year-old drifter from Stoke-on-Trent, England. As I suffer from depression and myalgic encephalomyelitis I am unable to do very much at all, and am not in education or work. I spend my time obsessing over the bands Manic Street Preachers and Grammatics, hiding behind my fringe, finicking about online, listening to music, flailing, cuddling my pets, missing my friends and boyfriend, making arts and crafts, reading, writing, overspending, wishing I were Welsh, and thinking far too much.

My friend Michael introduced me to the zine world in 2006 via his awesome zine 'When The Moon Is Fat', and I've been buying and reading like a mad thing ever since. I love all kinds of zines, which is probably reflected in the haphazard lack of theme in my own...

I currently make the zine Awaiting An Epiphany, which is also the name of my blog and Etsy shop.

Hi Rachel! Thank you so much for your lovely letter, I feel bad that I haven't as yet replied. I was going to try and make up for it by surprising you with a copy of Not Lonely #4, but I'm not sure you're at the same address... So, although it won't be a surprise, let me know if you're at the same address (& if not, where you are:)) & I'll pop one in the post for you. x

hi! could i trade zines with you? i also have myalgic encephilitis. my zine doesn't talk about that though, it is mostly interviews of artists of all types, performance, singer, stitching, collage, cartoon, assemblage, etc. and a few other things thrown in.
