The Alt Press fair is in London on the 13th of Feb, and the Brighton Zinefest is Thurs-Sun of the following week.

Sticky is running a zine festival called The Festival Of The Photocopier right through February 2010. I'm talking Melbourne, Australia of course. Have a look at the Sticky website for the full program (www.stickyinstitute.com). Luke/Sticky
Possibly March in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.
Some Chicago people are talking about putting together a zine fest, possibly in February. The contact email is chicagozinefest@gmail.com.

If you enjoy reading perzines, you should check out the webcomic version of our zine called ButterSword. I don't know if our comic defines what a perzine is, but I would personally call it one.

MC and I (ButterSword) will be teaching a zine making demo tonight at Frugal Media at 5400 North Lamar from 7 - 10. It's an event showcasing handmade goods from a variety of local sellers. Lots of sellers, some demo-ers and free beer!
