"That's kind of soon for me. I'd love to go because I have a friend who lives in Bmore but spring is short notice. Especially because I'm going to Chicago Zine Fest and I'll need time to save up some money."
"My zines are incredibly personal, but that's intentional. The things that I/my community deem "personal" are things that I think actually should be shared, or... I'd like to live in a world where I could share them. I…"

Hey Joyce! You all getting out of them coats that make you look like the michelan man and seeing some sunshine yet? I went to your state once! Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! It took me a pint of vodka just to warm up enough to get the mailbox! How did god make wind blow snow sideways like that?
You bet you I'll trade with you! I'll send you a handful. I really look forward to getting your zine. I have yet to trade with someone from your neck of the woods.
Welcome to we make zines! I saw your post on the women of color zinesters group and I thought I would drop by and say hello. When I heard about the symposium this summer, I really wanted to go, but unfortunately I live too far away and I don't have the resources to make it this year. I would love to go, though. We don't have very much in the way of a scene out here or any chance of getting together for an event.
If you want, next time I print some zines, we can trade. Hope to hear from you soon. Have a nice day when you get this.
