Zines for Commuters

We've started a zine called Story To... aimed at offering public transport travellers an intelligent and free literary alternative whilst providing publishing opportunities to emerging artists. Are there any other zines like this out there?

Mixed Race, Multi Racial, mixie zine

I propose a zine about mixed race people, the mixie. The mixie experience is one worth documenting, and I invite anyone, mixie or not to participate in collecting some thoughts. First, we need an editorial team. Who would like to collaborate?See More

"Some friends and I created a compzine called FREE. The first Issue of free can be found in Print at Wooden Shoe Books in Philadelphia, or readable online on it's face book page @ FREE, the free zine. Either way it won't cost you a thing."

Eco Zinesters

I guess this is kind of vague, but I'm amazed no one made this group sooner. This one's for people who consider the environment within zine-making, whether by writing about it, using recycled paper or whatever :)xoxSee More

Profile Information

Hello, I've just recently become interested in reading and creating zines. I hope I can learn something on here and maybe share some ideas.
I am currently working with friends on a zine. We are calling the zine "FREE", because it is free and freedom in many different forms is the underlying theme that loosely ties it all together. So far it will mostly be available in various regular & random locations in Philadelphia and parts of South Jersey. We are hoping to save some for trade outside our geographic area though :)
