Lord of the Yum Yum is def-knit-lee awesome!!!! The most creative performer in Chicago wow... but actually he's pretty up there, yeah. Amazine!  Again, an alphabetical list of zines that you have reviewed (with contact info) would be really cool! - - - Finally, so far for me, I think Ramsey is strongest as a visual artist, but I need to read more of her writing to really give it a fair comparison.

P.S. If you could put an image of the zine you were talking about on the screen somehow, that would be pretty cool.

ha, zinesters do love HOW TO DO THINGS stuff!

yeah, there were a lot of things i liked about the OG! overall, i liked it, for sure! It's a very... eclectic collection though, so parts of it i didn't dig as much as others, ya know?

yeah, paul is awesome!

HI i just got a profile here. thanks for picking up ORIGINAL GANGSTA. even if you didn't like everything about it, i'm happy that you dug paul's bit. he's a friend. other issues have other articles you might like - a play i wrote, the rest of that elvis story, some coloring book pages of burlesque performers. the next issue is going to be all HOW TO DO THINGS which i know zinesters just love. anyway thanks for the review.

Thanks for reviewing my zine! I'm really glad I met you this year. Inspirational zine people in a city I'm just starting to feel a part of are really rad.

i love it when artists tell other artists how to do their art! ha.

i love ramsey, and her zine. but in general i like reading prose and stories more than lists. but the lists make a good bus ride, bathroom, in line at the post office type zine, as in it's good to read one or two at a time, but not so good to read straight through. but she'll do how she do.

but as far as lists go, they are fun to read. and yes, we're all in agreement that her drawings kick ass.

Thanks for the reviews. I dig List as well. Yes, maybe Ramsey could spend some time writing but then we'd miss out on all of her great artwork, right?

short n sweet,
great as always.
i agree with you about list.
i have about 6 different issues (which get better as they go along)
but sometimes reading the list format gets a little tedious.
its one of my favorite zines though.
if she would write some and then do some lists in addition i think it'd be a little easier to read through.
