Hiya, I got a little postcard from the posties to say there's a package to pick up. Haven't been able to yet as there's been national mail strike in the UK, but I'll be collecting tomorrow. Think it's almost certainly yours. Will confirm tomorrow. BTW, read all the zines you sent. Brilliant. A real inspiration.
yes you should, I work at the library and I organize/label/sort/file all the zines because no one else had heard of them/wanted to do it. If you take them to the desk and say that you wanted to leave a donation for the zine library, Ill most likely get them that sam day. Im glad you came in, I hope the section wasn't too hard to find
hello! i read about your zine "functionally ill" on a blog post here at We Make Zines and i'm quite interested in your work :-)
i would like to buy one or more issues, please contact me for price and shipping info (since i live in Portugal), thank you!
Sorry, I meant to send you a message to let you know I'd poted it but things hav been CRAZY around this end (wedding, job interview, dog-sitting). I'm glad yr enjoying the zines, I'm affraid they're not a patch on yours.
yes its on the third floor unless they moved it since i left friday. If youd like to donate anything you can go to the periodicals desk. The email just went out they they should be receiving materials for this so if they don't know about it, just say that you are leaving it there and let me know through here. I have had seriou communication issues with the popel in that department before thats why this who thing dint start some 6 months ago.
I haven't been on my August trip yet. The dates were pushed back, but I am still going.
It's ok if you are super shy in person. I'm shy too, but I overcompensate by talking too much.
I meant to send you a copy of Open Book. I think I was going to write a letter to you to go with the zine, but haven't taken the time to write. Don't worry about sending a dollar. You are so generous with sending your zines to me. I would love to send a copy to you, no dollar involved. Just keep nagging me if I don't do it soon. I'm kind of overwhelmed and scattered these days.
