Oh I know Andrew Culture from Beat Motel, I just didn't know he was bigging me up! I'll send you a private message with my address. I'm waiting until Jan to get a PO Box, and I don't really want to splash my home address over everywhere until then.
Yeah i actually have to keep a book of who i send stuff to and apparently i have to write what i sent them too, HAHAHAA!!! Ok good, i sent you #3, so now i will send you #1 and 2 for you to check out. I am really looking forward to seeing your Book Art zine!
I would LOVE to trade for your Book Art Zine, just let me know what zine of mine you'd like in return and I will send it off ASAP! And I will for sure use your zine in the new Mini Zine Folks Group pic, thanks you!
Hello Emma, I got your zine today, omg!! I was so excited this is the first I have received and I absolutely love it, thankyou so much. Such a cool idea crammed full of beautiful things. It is a feast for the eyes. :-)
I thoroughly enjoyed Book Art and especially like how you have taken a book and turned it into a physical art piece. It's a really unique way to create a zine and the colours are extremely vivid. I have the small version, which is a great little 'mini zine'. You should have a look at the mini zine group which is currently running a trade thing before Christmas. The page with the steel stuff is excellent - it looks 3D on my page. To some extent zinepeople would prefer more content or cheaper printing over an expensive cover price (I'm not sure if it's an expensive zine to make etc, just a comment). These are my thoughts.
thanks for the add & kind word about my zine cover. i'm hoping before the end of nov (or maybe sooner) to have the zine out (crossing my fingers here). this is my 1st attempt & i want to do a decent job. i have a lot of content & it's been a challenge to edit stuff down so they can all fit, hehehe. i'm learning as i go & this site is really helping me get there! :) mary ann
