Hey! Thanks for the comment and sorry I didnt reply sooner, I have been away the past week...for my zine I charge £2.50 including the postage as you're in the states, if thats ok - - have you got access to a paypal account? However my 2nd zine should be getting printed next week, so if you wanted to wait and get a copy of that too I'd do them both for £3 altogether? Tis up to you. Drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can sort something out :) x ps, I enjoyed reading your page
I'll just send you my zines for free - you can always reply with a letter or something if you felt like it at the time.
But I'll have to delay posting things for a week or so. I just moved house recently and am still getting myself settled in. So I'll contact you again to let you know when I've sent them.
What's your address?
Hiya, thanks for the comment. I'd love to become a snail mail pal of yours. Unfortunately my zine still isn't photocopied - I am so lazy! However when its done I'll happily trade with you for letters etc.
each issue is 2.50 which includes shipping :) let me know if you are interested and i'll get one out to you asap! thanks for your interest and you should definitely make your own zine! even if you think it's crappy make it and put it out there!
yes, we do have a bit in common. to name a few: holly golightly [that's one of my favorite movies of all time :)], alice in wonderland, and of course our love for snail mail. plus, i hate makeup. hehe.
Thanks for the comment, Ashley! There's not much to read in The Portable Head, but there's plenty of room for writing. It's a "fortnight-at-a-glance" dayplanner, issued every three months, with some nice art on the front and little else. All the same, I've been using The Portable Head as my personal planner for nearly eight years. It's fun to see all thirty-odd dogeared issues stacked up on my shelf. It's like a diary that writes itself.
If you'd like to order an issue, just visit http://www.wonderella.org/publications/pamphlets/portablehead.htm
