hey! since your in the literary zine group, how would you like to join a collaboration literary zine? the idea is to make a story together (it doesnt matter what genre you do, the more diverse, the better!). for more info, you can look at the collaboration page in my site.
hope you can participate! right now it's still just an idea, so we are hoping to get more people to participate :)
also, both writers and illustrators are welcome :)
Hi There! Did y'all get the zine packet I sent to you? I see that WHIP#2 Living In Places is done and being distributed. Did y'all end up using my library poem in it? If so, do I get a contributor's copy? If I do, let me know if you need my mailing address. I can't wait to see the finished result.
Harriet - I missed all the comments on my page in the last 3 months and so certainly didn't manage to do the trade I think we were planning! I'm sorry, I didn't know I had all these comments on my profile so I'm just catching up now. Are you still up for it?
Hi! My first zine is a literary zine. I'm planning to make it into a series of heartbreak stories (you can say that it's almost the average chic flick, but) it focuses on those who are left behind... those who didnt get a happily ever after...
and yes, I'd love to trade! :) email me at firstname.lastname@example.org (i only get to go to the post office on weekends though.) :P
I wrote a poem today about the patrons at the library where I work. Do you think that counts for your theme of living in places. No one lives in the library technically, but people do spend good chunks of their lives there. I think probably any place we are is a place where we are living. Should I send it along once I feel it is complete?
Thanks for posting a call for submissions on the Poetry Zines group page. Sounds really cool! I will try to find something (or write something) to submit. Can I submit something that I have already used in one of my poetry zines?
