I've been struggling since the summer with my right wrist and my doctor never did anything except tell me to wear my brace. so your tips are greatly appreciated! thanks for writing it.

I have hand/wrist problems too, which from your zine do not sound like carpal tunnel, but I DO wear gloves while biking like your friend suggested. I get the kind padded with gel. They have helped me so much. They are rather pricey (about $30), but if I don't goof up and lose one, they last a long time. I think of them as an investment in my health and well being...cheaper than driving a car or taking the bus every day.
