fallopian falafel,
if you're cool with it, i'd like to know about where you live (more to the west or east of the country?). have you ever left the country (if so, where to)? what's daily life like for you?
optimistically hoping i did not offend you. i'm going into the human service field and was recently employed at jewish vocational services. can't help but ask. c.g.
Hi! We stock people's zines and sell them for them. If you would like to stock with us that would be awesome. To do so, you download the stockists form from out website and fill in all the contact and pricing information (taking into account exchange rates since we will sell them in Australian dollars) and send up to ten copies of your zine to us along with the form to our postal address P.O. Box 310 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, VIC 8009 Australia. We will put them on the shelves for 6 months and at that time, if there are any left we will either send them back to you or they are donated to the exchange box, it's really up to you. We take a 20% commision from the sales to help run our store but all the rest go to you. Also if you stock with us you receive our Sporadic Monthly Correspondance (basically an online newsletter).
It would be great to stock your zine, it looks really interesting and unlike anything we currently have in the store so you should definitely send some in.
Looking forward to it, From Melissa and Sticky
fallopian falafel,
my zine touches on my recent (to me cuz' i'm still dealing with it) brain injury. i went through 3 brain surgeries and part of my cerebellum was removed. i've gone through tons of emotions, recoveries, rehab, traditional, and alternative medicines. so, i'm "disabled"now. i have memory loss, can't read novels or regular books now. zines are a way for me to keep in touch, in a heartfelt manner.
i'm open to all of it, questions are welcome. i'm in the editing process. post-injury, this is gonna take some time. i'm wanting to purge, let go of a portion of feelings, and to share my perception. c.g.
