i don't really have any advice on stress or any other good things to help a person's mental health  . . . but i do have a zine i write which has lots of stories of my time in mental hospitals and jails and if you'd like some copies i'd mail them to you.

Actually the group is Upbeat Perzines and although that is a good group to post to, it isn't what I was thinking about. I was thinking about this group that does posi zines - The Radical Uprise. May just be one person.
