Do you have a contact with Active? I sent them a letter and email inviting them along to Brighton zinefest and haven't heard back from them as of yet. How do you usually get hold of them for London? If they can't come would there be space for the LZS/ Last HOurs/ Hey Monkey Riot table to have some of their stuff? I expect Isy willy have some active stuff anyway with the Cowley Stall.
