Hey Becky! I don't know if you remember me, we used to be penpals but it kind of died off, which was probably my fault. I took a break from the zining and penpalling scene for awhile but now I;'m ready to start fresh~ So if you want to start writing letters to eachother again I'd be more than pleased to. Hope to hear from you~
It turns outs I'm getting kicked out of my apartment and have to move several states away. Greasy spoon is going to take a little longer. For compensation you will get a free subcription to all the greasy spoons that ever come out. I think it should be no longer than a week.
Hey Becky! I've been making zines for about 4 years. My main zine is Cardboard Cutouts. Cardboard Cutouts is fiction, non-fiction, humor, seriousness, educational, pointless, quiet, and loud. It is a zine with no theme (well, except for a few of the issues). If you want to do a trade, send me a message.
Hey Becky! I'd be happy to send you Posture #1 and Reverse Side #2 for Evil Flower #4 and #5. No worries about size and stuff -- Posture's kind of long but Reverse Side's a weird mini-type thing, so it all evens out! Drop me an e-mail with your address at email@example.com and I'll send mine back. Looking forward to reading your work!!
I would love a copy of whatever one you recommend to start with. I'm about halfway done Greasy Spoon right now (the name of my punk zine). I will send it out Saturday or Monday. Message me where you want it sent to :)
Just wanted to say that I've been reading your issues of Unscrapped on Issuu. I enjoyed #4 a lot. It makes me want to do a smaller online issue or something some time down the road. Laying it out is half the fun, right?
