yes, id love to trade for issue 2! Im so sorry I didnt reply sooner, it seems my notification settings have changed so Ive missed out on a load of comments :S but let me know if you'd still like to trade, and which of my zines you'd like to trade for :) x
i'd love to trade for yer new issue! it sounds great! how bout a two for two? throw me whichever other issue of yers. i have 2 issues of "Damaged Mentality" available, it's about my recent disability. thx!
Hey Hannah! Are you up for distroing your zine at Fluxxii? It's a mental health related shop and we specialize in carrying zines related to mental health. I think it'd be a great fit! :) I normally do consignment, but wholesale is available. Let me know - you can post on my wall or e-mail email@example.com.
Hi Hannah, I have just completed the first issue of my zine, Sometimes I'm Dreaming - would you be interested in a copy? It would be lovely to get some feedback from somebody who is a bit more familiar with zines than I am! There is a little more information & some pictures in this LJ post: http://illusoire.livejournal.com/294817.html.
Hope you are well. <3
ps. I just noticed on your blog that you're considering going vegan- just wanted to say good luck and that I hope you enjoy it :)
I had a bit of a relapse to vegetarian recently so I'm just getting back into being vegan, fun times! Rediscovering my favourite recipes is definitely a plus (oh and baking vegan cake for non-vegans)
Thanks Hannah! :) It arrived really quickly and (as expected!) I really enjoyed it :) The layout was great-it looks like you had alot of fun playing around with it hehe
Thanks for another awesome zine :)
Also, mooncups are so amazing! I want to convert everyone to them but alot of people I know are too uncomfortable with their own blood and body parts (or too uncomfortable with talking about periods for it even to be a conversation..) :( Sucks.
hehe, I'll send you one out if I manage to destroy my fear of the photocopier at the library :P
Hey, the zine had already arrived! :) I checked the post at dinner time & there was yr lovely envelope (cute toadstool tape). Thank you so much! I just opened it & then slid it back in the envelope 4 safe-keeping, so i've not read it yet. I want to read it from cover2cover, so i'm saving it until later. Thankyoooooooooo! Take Care! xx C xx
Hi Hannah! I meant to log in & leave a comment last week to let you know that i'd posted my order (on Thursday), but i was in abit of a quick-email-checking-hurry (!) & have not been online since - Until now, obviously. Hopefully, it arrived safely though. I'm looking forward to reading this new one. Have a lovely day! :)
Yeah, I got your zine so fast. I could have sent yours out with stamps, but I wasn't sure how much it might cost with it being international to Scotland, so I had to go to the post office. That is definitely me with the short hair. It's funny because I always ended up cutting my hair shortest in the winter and people would laugh at me...for the exact reason you mentioned. Of all the times, why winter?!? Ha, ha, ha...I don't know why.
Hi, I'm glad you liked it, and I look forward to reading the review! I just finished reading yours and I really enjoyed it - especially the pervy men on public transport bit (you're right, I think we are on a similar wavelength). The info on menstrual cups was great as well, it might've just convinced me. I'd love to buy a copy of #2, if you have any?
Umm, paypal would probably be easiest if that's ok :)
hehe thanks and hell yeah- I got really excited when I read the back of your first zine and saw wee laptop (that's what everybody calls my netbook when I'm up there :) ) and immediately was like yeahh, go Scotland!
There doesn't seem to be a group on here for people in Scotland.. such a shame, I wonder if there's many more of us
