Hey Kelly, I'm working to start a distro that is all about eduction and educating one another and I think your zine might fit right in. Are you interested in distroing your latest issue? If you are, could you send me a message here or email me at email@example.com?
hey, trading sounds awesome! i have three issues of Against the Flood available. pictures and descriptions are at http://dumpstermouse.etsy.com. let me know how you'd like to trade! pulse looks pretty great.
Right now we only have one columnist gives a first-person account of being a cancer survivor. The columnist topic is open whether you want to give an account of running your own biz, being a woman in the working world, etc.
The only thing I ask from here is that you send all correspondence/submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate whether or not you can receive PayPal (if so, please leave that information so that you will be paid) or you would rather have a cashier's check.
Our last regular contributor, had one called Memoirs of a Fat Girl and our current columnist, Kyle Thomas gives detail to her battle with cancer.
We ask that you have a theme, that you write from either a humorous and/or informative angle and in the range of 200-400 words is acceptable. I don't know if you've visited our site but from the photos, you can see that the language gets a little peppered.
For all the raw emotion that is put on paper, I will pay min. $10 via PayPal (usually around publication time, sometimes a week earlier). Columnists also get a percentage of sales and other income from our advertisers. Our zine is quarterly and I am flexible with deadline (the next is Dec. 20 for the 2009 issue).
yes, that would be awesome! if you could send 5 copies of your favorite one, and i have 5 (different) zines of mine i can send you. or you can have 5 of the same one, whichever you prefer...

hey kelly! i met you on myspace. i'm trying to collect zines to sell at this new gallery here in naples called Eros, but it's pretty slow-going. what would be so perfect would be to just go to a zine fest and buy them in person. do you know of anything going on in florida? i'm pretty new to FLA (1.5 years). it seems like there's not a lot going on this far south (except in miami), but i'm willing to drive north!
