Better yet, you could refer zines to your clients and ask them to read them in between sessions and then they can tell you when they come back what they liked/didn't like and what they identified with. Mental health zines are easiest to be found in zine review zines (Xerography Debt, Zine World, Narcolepsy Press Review).
