call for submissions: razor sharp haze daze 4 - the sock issue.
do you slide your foot all the way through the sock or do you bunch it up to the toe and drag it up your leg? wear socks in the shower? or wash them with the rest of your clothes? are there socks you wear only for special occassions? what happens to socks that have holes in them..do you sew them up (make sock puppets or sock animals) or do you throw them out? have your socks enticed a stranger or turned on your partner? have you worn socks when your having sex or do you take them off? are your socks plain or are they many colors? do they keep you warm on a cold day/night and if you wear sandals in the summer...do you wear socks with them???
Contributors can send in personal stories, fiction, poems, drawings, songs, a sewing guide on socks, comics, crosswords etc.
anything and everything pertaining to socks. Love them or loathe them. This is a chance to let your sock-tacular creativity take off.
Submissions can be sent via snail mail (if you prefer) or email and all contributors will receive a free issue of the zine in the mail. Deadline for submissions is November 30th but if you need an extension, I will be more than happy to accommodate you. I can be reached at:
