This page is specifically to help make sure that Wooden Shoe has an online presence in the zine community. 

 

We are a radical infoshop/anarchist collective on South Street in Philly who sells books and records, zines, and art and t-shirts, and all of the amazing stuff that lots of infoshops do. 

 

It would be cool to have a bigger part in both the local and national zine communities, as we sometimes host zine readings and workshops and panels and talks by folks who are involved in all sorts of awesome DIY media. 

 

We accept zines on consignment, and pay out upon request or when an issue is sold out. You can mail zines to us, or come in and give them to a staffer to pass on to Lia or Sarah, and we'll email you when we put your zines out.

Like most reasonable distros and info shops, we will not consider zines that contain racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic, or sizest language, or any other form of hatespeak. We reserve the right to not accept zines that are graphically violent as well.
