This con man probably sold more NYC architecture THAT WAS PUBLIC PROPERTY than just about anyone. "Have I Got a Bridge for YOU! Clue: He died in Sing Sing Prison in 1936 where he was a favorite of the guards and other inmates. GOOD LUCK!
