What a dull neighborhood. Where's a....MARCHING BAND?!?!?
I awoke today to the sound of a drum cadence outside my lonely apartment complex in Vancouver, WA. I literally jumped out of bed and saw and heard to my pleasant surprise a band marching by a block outside my window. There's life in Vancouver after all!!! (Limited time only.
