a place for zinesters - writers and readers
I'm getting the rear doors on my van fixed soon (and a tune-up).
I was supposed to bring it into the shop today, but the snow got too heavy and I don't even have an ice scraper.
Soon as my doors are fixed I'm picking up two stacks of speakers (six total for only $100 dollars).
There are a pair of horns for the high-end, two 12" for the midrange, and two 15" for the low-end.
Considering that I'll be using this for both bass AND guitar, through an old PA, I need all the coverage I can get.
Another PA is being used for vocals, samples, and noises.
But, I already have the matching speakers for that.
The layout for my zine is practically done.
I've got most of what I need to make them, except that the ink in the printers aren't working.
I've ordered fresh ink cartridges online, for both printers.
I'll probably forego making these at Fed Ex/Kinkos.
It is only 50.
So, I'll just run them off at home when I get the ink.
I'm making button pins, too, and adding other extras that I can fit inside.
I've already spent more money on supplies than I could possibly make by selling these.
But, if anybody wants one, a few bucks wouldn't hurt.
I'll accept any orders and send 'em out when I make them.
This issue is a limited edition of 50.
