We Make Zines

a place for zinesters - writers and readers

I haven't put out an issue myself in nearly seven years, and that's just too long! Just about all my "so called" modern equipment is useless to me now, and I have to start all over. The only thing that still works is my copier I bought in 1999. I'm sure eventually I'll get my printers back up (or replace them), but for now I'll just work with what I have. To put out a new issue old school might be what I need at this point.

I got to the point of sending out thousands of copies of my zine when I just gave up in '03. It wasn't worth my time to send out so many copies to people who may never even read them. Now I just want to print copies of future issues for people who want to read what me and my writers have to say. I'll still send out copies to distro's, but not like before. Every issue will be printed by me, and the numbers will be much lower. I want to have contact with every reader to share ideas about what my writers and myself write.

Though I've moved into professional writing since my last issue, I miss the interaction that made writing fun. Now I'm returning to my old ground. Putting out a fanzine like I did when I was 17 just may help me remember what it was like back in the day...
