Hey, just wanted to let everyone know that even though I quit making new issues of Shotgun Seamstress, I revamped my old blog.  It still contains my old Maximum RockNRoll columns, but I've also begun adding new content.  Follow it!  Shotgun Seamstress at Blogger!  My most recent post is about the book Banned in DC: Photos and Anecdotes from the DC Punk Underground (79-85) and how it inspired and influenced Shotgun Seamstress zine.  I include scanned photos from the book and a letter exchange between myself and Cynthia Connolly, one of women responsible for photographing the early 80s DC scene, compiling photos & stories and making the book available.
