POEMS

1.

the elephants

that circle the vase

go round and round

but stay in place.

2.

Lines

etched into her palm

like a tattoo

when she was born.

3.

I asked the computer

"Can you think?

Give me an educated guess."

His innards rattled

and the screen replied,

"not ... quite .... yet..."

4.

empty universe

with scattered traces -

icey blacks,

candles, and matches.

let me

tell you

a candle

never lit

Simple,

playful,

sophisticated,

sensual.

SAYINGS

People that know red can imagine pink, but not green.

And the Moon is the spice ....

His life had a punch line.

Once you get to iron, steel is not far behind.

His voodoo doll had a better personality.

Aquarium Earth.
