Poems Written Up to the Middle of March

Poems Written up to the middle of March 2011
I wrote a novel
of the sea
so realistic
that I insisted
each copy sold
was sopping wet
"Ahoy ye salts
feel the spray!
Ahoy ye salts
get on board!"
2.  (Head brain and Enteric Nervous System)
more and more
it seems to me
we are creatures
of two brains
In the sun my shadow
began to melt ... away
gave way.
took flight.
3 gates I passed by:
the milky white gate of the creamy Moon,
the iron rust gate of red, red, Mars,
the golden yellow gate of the Sun.
3 gates I passed by.
6. Children's poem
Nat, Nat the neighbors cat,
wore a hideous sailor's hat.
Tipped his hat and took a bow.
What's that cat up to now?
Looked in the mirror and liked what he saw.
3 fat mice and a chained up dog!
you manipulate
the doll under you
while dangling under
your own puppeteer.
why is the rabbit white?
why is the crow black?
why does the sun shine?
why is the night dark?
Media Pundits always say the same thing:' We've got to do something, but I assure you nothing will work!'
Breast Feeding - perfected over millions of years of evolution.
A drop of vanilla sets a mood.
Books are closed most of the time.
