a place for zinesters - writers and readers

Recent Poems written near the end of November 2010.

first child

When I'm naked

I'm embarrassed.

When I'm clothed

I itch.

Here in an easy chair

more than others.

Airports have rows

with people looking out

ready to travel

beyond the clouds.

Others like churches

hold in the light

through opaque glass

high and narrow.

The view stays inside

collected around candles.

the flames flicker

and we look within.

ripe fruit in the trees

The flames flicker

and we look within
