POEMS
1.
On the hour
the sweet smelling
antique shop
chimes ...
Then the clocks
go back to sleep.
2.
Back to nature
and the pathless wood.
3.
This type of mosquito
infects you with joy!
After the sting
you laugh and laugh!
4. (perfect for tonight!!!)
Hurry up Moonlight
we're waiting.
Don't dawdle
below the horizon.
The sky's a stage
and the starring lead
is pouting!
5.
Hungry hungry Harvey
ate and ate until
there came a day
when he did say
"I think that I am full!"
6
Life is like
a kettle of water
with a bit of tea
stirred by a fire.
7.
When all the music
was coming out
I was the age
to soak it up.
We thought the hits
would never end
Then the 70's
and they did.
