We Make Zines

a place for zinesters - writers and readers

When I was 10 to 15 years old, I published a mimeographed family paper, sending out 100 copies. I wonder who still uses the mimeograph? I still have the machine and some of the supplies.

I'm on the market for one of those heavy, greasy beasts! I found 3 packs of AB Dick at my folk's by chance & have been looking for a mimeograph or spirit/ditto. I have a a typewriter from my grandmother, too! I hope I can find one. (My aunt who was a teacher & my oldest brother think I'm weird for desiring one.)

I don't know if suppies are available. I have some stencils that seem to be in fine shape. I don't have any ink. I'm happy to show you how it works. You can get a typewriter at the thrift store. You switch it so the keys don't hit a ribbon, and start typing. Jim
