Issue 1 of Aenigma!

Aenigma! zine is a chance for me to remember a lifetime watching exploitation cinema.  Themes covered will include childhood trips to the cinema, the video nasty craze, late night horror films on tv and my love of the musical Grease and European cinema.  

But it's not really just about films, its about me, my family, my memories, finding my way through an awfully dull and old fashioned mining town comprehensive and growing up. That's what it is in essence. Nevertheless the films were always there.

The title comes from an Italian horror film that was directed by Lucio Fulci and is a sort of Carrie meets Patrick.

I have a few dozen copies left to sell here and it has a fairly kind review here.
