So, My sister and I just spent 4 days driving my grandmother's car with a trailer full of stuff back from central Texas (Temple, TX to be exact) We barely missed a snowstorm in Wyoming and Utah and dodged the pelting rains that it turned into once it hit Kansas. Stopped off to eat vegan food at Watercourse in Denver, stayed with our friend James in SLC and had lunch at Sage's and diner at the Vertical diner. Left Salt Lake City at 6Am yesterday, picked up some hitchhiking punks in Hermiston, Oregon and got home around 7pm. I'm exhaused and I still have to unpack the trailer. ugh.
So, as well as packing orders that have accumulated since I left last week I also have enough money finally for the Stolen Sharpie Revolution reprint! Hooray! I'll be posting stuff for new distro and librariy inclusions soon enough and get the layout done and the book to the printer.... It might be by the end of this year, but don't hold your breath.
I have also been asked to table and read at a zine fest in my old home town Salt Lake City, Utah. I think the details are still being worked out and when I know more I will post it in the event section but it is supposed to be December 5, 2008 at the City maim library. Details coming soon!
Also, I was interviewed by Ciara at Learning to Leave a Paper Trail distro.
Check out her awesome distro and my interview here.
