2013 Slingshot Organizer Call for Submissions

The Slingshot Collective is hard at work on the 2013 Organizer. We are looking for submissions in cover art and written features. The deadline is fast approaching--the weekend of August 3rd 2012 we're laying it out. So what are we looking for?

COVER ART

we need art for the front and back cover in two sizes:

POCKET is 4X5 1/2"

SPIRAL is 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 "

if you use these measurements we can enlarge or shrink your art accordingly

CONTENT

we are looking for art done in black ink depicting people creating change. since we are a radical political project themes that relate to anarchism, feminism, squating, rewilding, protests etc. are good. generally we prefer positive images and inspired original work.

FEATURES

the insides of the organizer is largely a day planner/calender. we also print a few pages of inspired features and articles to motivate, and inform people. we had a brainstorm and produced some interesting possibilities. If anyone wants to take these on (either writing or asking someone else to write) or has other ideas, do it and email it.
