After much consideration I have decided to stop publishing Zine World.



I announced in November my intent to step down ad publisher and head editor of ZW. At that time I had hoped to create a new editorial team to relaunch the zine. New postage rates go into effect today for Priority Mail; get your updated U.S. Postal Rates sheet, courtesy of Zine World.

Also: starting this year USPS is making all 1-ounce stamps into Forever stamps. I think this means they're planning to get rid of 1 cent and 2 cent stamps. Read more over at Zine World.
