a place for zinesters - writers and readers
I am sad to announce that Click Clack Distro will start the process of closing down shop. Due to my work schedule, I can no longer put as much energy into the distro as I thought I could. If I cannot give this 100% then I don’t believe that it is right to keep going.
As of now I can no longer accept international orders. I apologize for this, but USPS requires that you go to a clerk during open hours for international shipments, and I can no longer make it during that time, especially…

Per Things You Say Distro's Facebook:
"Things You Say will be closed for some time. The post office where I ship from was flooded out and damaged. My whole town is either under water or in a blackout. I have no power or Internet so I can't shut down the website. Please post this where you can (zine websites/message boards) for me? I just don't want people ordering when I can't fulfill their orders. Thanks!"

I NEED YOUR ATHEIST COMING OUT STORIES! In approximately 500 words, please talk about coming out as an atheist and also try include encouragement for others to come out. Let people know WHY coming out as a non-believer is important and how it has benefited your life. I’d like to try to keep these essays more on the positive side for the sake of encouraging others. Even if you had a hard coming out with…

Just a little frustration from the zine distro front. I get a TON of submissions. 90% of which I cannot take. Some of those I would give a whirl, but it is impossible to do without knowing if you'll sell anything.
For as many people that are sending zines out to distros for consideration... I ask that you think about also utilizing zine distros for purchases. Or help out by sending people to the distros where your zines are carried.
Otherwise, they are…

Things have been VERY slow and even stalled on updating the Click Clack Distro website due to computer malfunctions over the past several months. I am happy to announce due to a generous computer donation from my brother in law... I am now able to update the page at a faster rate!
I just added several zines to the catalog and descriptions will be coming soon!

Get Fit For the Pit is a zine dedicated to fitness and nutrition for folks in the punk/activist/etc scene. I have noticed that our subculture puts a lot of emphasis on touring, traveling, going to shows, running on little sleep, etc. These things do not always add up to a healthy lifestyle, especially as some of us are getting older.
I wanted to put a zine out about taking back our fitness and health.
Issue #2 is going to be all about nutrition. Some ideas…

Extending the deadline a bit....
All too often the punk scene seems to look down on athletics and sports of all kinds. I happen to regret a lot of my past shunning of sports and fitness for the sake of it not being “punk rock.” In 2009 i started running and fell in love with it. (After I quit what could have been a pretty good softball career at age 15 because I was too cool.) It still feels somewhat awkward to have one foot in the running community and the other in the punk…
