24 Hour Zine: Amina - a zine about a girl

The making of Amina, a zine about a girl.

AMINA is written and drawn – traced, mostly – on the 27th of July (and glued, cut and stapled well into the night of the 28th), while listening to a playlist consisting of Atmosphere, Sage Francis and The Hold Steady.

Zine for Berlin

Two weeks ago, the Dutch indie-rapper Macronizm asked me to join him for a show in Berlin. I translated some of my poems and made a mini-zine out of one of them. I had short of two days to complete it. 

The zine contains the poem 'Die Kolchose'. I made 100 minizines, all numbered and stamped and packed in a neat little envelope, which I left at all kinds of places in Berlin.…

My Zines

I'm new here so it seems a good idea to introduce myself... I'm a writer from the Netherlands who's fond of zines. I publish a small literary zine called 'De Kutgitaar' (the shitty guitar) and compose zines of all kind from stories, poetry and comics. Most of them are in Dutch, one is German and I'm planning to make an English one soon.
