Late night/early morning inspiration

I used to stay up late, tapping away at my computer keyboard or reading a book when I should of turned the lights out hours ago.

Getting older I try to get to bed at a reasonable hour, especially if I am working the next morning. While I could stay up as late as I wanted to (being an adult does have its advantages) I find I have lost my night owl tendancies.

 

However when I am inspired, that is a whole other story. There have been instances where an idea has struck me…

Should be writing..

I made my first zine (and so far the only perzine I have ever finished) back in 2002. I was about 16/17 and was very proud of it even though I rushed to get it finished in time for a concert.

The last zine I made was back in 2005/2006 (I can't remember which year exactly).

With 2011: The Revenge of Print I was all set with enthusiasm and ideas to do zines this year.

I have various bits of paper around with what I wanted to have in issue two of On A Sugar High. Skipping…
