3rd annual WOA zine opens up to *FREE Submissions*

I recently interviewed Thena, from,"Catapult Art Magazine" and it inspired me to open up "Words Of Art" zine to let people submit for free.  Some starving artists really deserve the attention!  April 1st, is the annual deadline (April Fools Day.)
