a place for zinesters - writers and readers
Hey folks; haven't been on here for a while, but we released issue ten of our zine 'The Screever' a month or two ago. It has interviews, reviews, puzzles, little recipes, and a bunch of other stuff in it, and we've also recently done a new compilation tape and a new tote bag, all of which you can check out in our photos, or buy from our online shop here:…Continue
We're looking for creative submissions for our fourth issue of PRJKTR, in response to the theme of Sins.

Hi hi, I made a comic/graphic novella/zine last year about depression. It took a really long time to work on due to fatigue etc. But I eventaully managed to get it out. I'm now trying to motivate myself to do something else! It got a really kind review on Broken Frontier.
Issue 4 of felan is here. I know it's my zine, but I have to say this is the best one yet. All the contributions are on the theme - Melancholy.
Check it out here: http://www.blurb.com/b/6975964-f-lan-issue-4-melancholy
Contributor interviews will be posting on the blog here: https://felanzine.wordpress.com/…Continue

I'm thinking of putting together a book called "To My Rapist." A compilation of poems and images dedicated to those dark pieces of them that still remain deep in our brains. Nothing too graphic, but melancholy, anger, etc. etc. is all welcome. I will be sharing a few of my pieces as well - if you'd like to see those to get an idea of what I'm talking about or if you'd like to submit email firstname.lastname@example.org.
(btw this is entirely unrelated to…Continue

fēlan means ‘feel’ in old English, and that’s exactly what this new zine is here for – to make you feel.
fēlan is a poetry and visual art zine. It will be published in print 6 times per year, with contributor interviews posting online weekly.
The first issue, to be published in September, is all about love. Send in your love poems and visual art to email@example.com with the subject line ‘fēlan submission.’…Continue

I've finally gotten around to putting together my first zine, and find myself in a bit of a pickle - it's 60+ pages.
I tore up an entire box worth of my old sketch books and scribbles because I was sick of dragging it around when I moved. I've tried to cram them all together as tightly as possible into this one…
Aside from zine production, I am experimenting with other forms of art, including snail mail art.
I produced stationary designs and envelopes, but I am now trying to craft postcards.
I was wondering if anyone reading this has any tips and suggestions on how to make postcards. Have you made them before? Are you still making them now? Is there a standard size for postcards? What should appear on the back?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello! My name is Alex, and I am here because I love zines. I recently completed my first issue of Youth On The Run and I need some help. I would love to have a zine i can hand out for free, but I didn't realize how expensive it was to print zines! I started a kickstarter project in hopes of funding my zine to be able to print the first issue. If this zine sounds like something you would be interested in please donate! Any contribution is appreciated and rewarded! :)
