a place for zinesters - writers and readers
So yeah, the seventh issue of 'Larry' is DONE, and it's A5, 32 pages long, photocopied in black and white, and hand-tied with string and wrapped with a cartridge-paper cover with a lil' window cut out. This one has writings on school reunions, learning to drive, seasons in the UK, funeral songs, and a bunch of other stuff with accompanying illustrations. This one has a run of 35 copies that are up for trading. Photos are up on my…Continue
So, it's been a good twenty or so months since I last made an issue of 'Larry', but number six finally got finished late last year. This one is A5, 28 pages long, photocopied in black and white, and as always tied with string and wrapped with a cartridge-paper cover with a lil' window cut out.
Amongst other things, this one has writings on a love of…

A good three years after the first issue, me and Nat finally managed to complete the barely anticipated second issue of 'The Screever'. This one is A6, 40 pages long, and has a tonne of pretty cool people / stuff in it, such as folk-punk-troubadour Elly Kingdon, Stourbridge based experimental label Carnage Club, the wonders of 'National Theatre Live', awesome Birmingham-based publication Zine Arcade, and a tonne of…Continue

Larry issue five is A5, 32 pages long, and photocopied in black and white. As always, each copy is hand-tied, numbered, and has a little window cut out of the cartridge paper cover.
Writing in this issue includes social networking, zine fests, living with a smoker, and a bunch of other stuff, with illustrations throughout. I've done 50 copies, and would love to trade :)
Thanks for reading

Once again, they're hand tied, and have hand cut windows in the cartridge paper covers using the same rather blunt craft knife (I really must buy a new one...)
This one has waffling on opportunities, relationships, communication, and a couple of other things. I made thirty copies and would love to…Continue
