Bicycle cogset zine display holders

Hi all,

I've been utilizing discarded bike parts to make zine holders. I posted a couple photos on my page here at We Make Zines. I'll have several for sale or trade at the Portland Zine Symposium. If anyone wants a specific color, I can make it for you.

I also have a two-tier display that I will donate to the PZS for their raffles.

Punks, Body Piercers: Any Comments on the Sites Below?

I'm very interested in the process of co-optation and conventionalization in radical subcultures and intellectual, social and political movements.  I'm curious what members of the subcultures/practices below might have to say about these sites.

And, I'm just bored.

cop's suck

well,zine-makers,zinebot's,zine readers and just plain folk-usually i use this blog to talk about incredible, earth shattering events like my new shirt or a neat story about a kooky band.but today there's something we,as homosexual's,must freak out about-and that is the horrible, sickening, tragic fucked up police brutality facing us in the face.i'm talking about portlands 479th death in police custody.the official report says the suspect ran and fell on 12 bullets, but that's just the media's… Continue

Poems written in early July 2011

Poems written in early July,  2011
[poem notes in brackets like this]
1 [too many libraries are selling away all their books that aren't bestsellers or videos]
These libraries
are empty spaces
how can so many books
say so little
better to enter
a well lit room
empty of clutter.
2. [This and the next are poems that will be a part of a large sci-fi work called…

Writer Looking for Zines

Mmm. I'm hoping this is acceptable, I hunted for awhile looking for some rule like "zines can call for submitters but not vice versa" and didn't find anything...

Anyway. My pen name is Stefani Vonne. I write a blog called The Porno Revolution which is my desires and experiences of mainly porn, sex, feminism, and bisexuality. I'm looking to write more, so I'm looking for zines which are about ... well porn,…
