NEW POP LIT, an upcoming new lit web site and print journal, is searching for talented DIY writers. We need fun, exciting or emotional short fiction, clearly written and well paced. The goal: to represent (as zines represent) an alternative to the same-old same-old.
I'm a former zinester and activist. I've always believed that culture is created from the ground up,…

So, a few years ago I tried to change the appearance of WMZ and it changed everyone else's personal profile pages. I freaked out and changed it back.
I realize this site has looked exactly the same since 2008. Do you like that or not like it? if I change to a different older theme we can keep personal pages the same. But, If I do a new updated theme (which I assume are much better) you'll lose your personal layouts.

I'm a comedy writer and occasional performer, and am always looking for new ways to find an audience for my material.
The joy in writing comedy is making people laugh, but there are so many barriers to reaching an audience that it can be a frustrating business. A sitcom script is essentially a piece of literature until you can convince a lot of people to make your show. Most of the time, it doesn't happen.
