Musea Art Contest 2/29/12
The answer to, and winner (if any) for, our last contest question of:
This week's question is obscure, tough, and a lot of fun. Fantasy and Science Fiction magazine has been publishing since my birth year, 1949. It's the most widely read sci-fi magazine. In 1980 F&SF had a 30 year contest that went like this. Readers were asked to choose some science fiction concept that would be a reality by 2010, and win $2,010 for it. The magazine says that of the 2,700 entries, there were many…

Week 6 in Berlin
In a mail conversation between members of the zine-collective I'm in, Waai, we discovered that three of us we're going to be in Berlin in the same week. We agreed not to meet up, but make a zine anyway. Two of us wrote letters to each other, the other one made photo's. The letters and photo's are collected in a zine. Because I wanted the zine to reflect the fact that it we're two distinct letters, I made up this double back: …

Larry issue five is A5, 32 pages long, and photocopied in black and white. As always, each copy is hand-tied, numbered, and has a little window cut out of the cartridge paper cover.
Writing in this issue includes social networking, zine fests, living with a smoker, and a bunch of other stuff, with illustrations throughout. I've done 50 copies, and would love to trade :)
Thanks for reading

last month's debut issue of NB sold out inside of a week which was rad - perhaps some of you liked it enough to keep going? This issue is all about pizza (well, half of it - 30 pages or so while the rest are regular features carrying over each issue). Last issue was the first and the layout was a bit simpler - as per the suggestion of a couple of great folks, there have been some variations in fonts and layout in order to break the reading experience up a bit! As was the case with the last…

Piecing it together...
I feel as though I have been in hibernation for the past few months... like I have been watching my life unfold ever so slowly before me. Things have changed so dramatically in my life that I almost feel like a completly new and different person. I am almost divorced... my teenage daughter is running a muck... I have a new assignment at work...I have found love (and fallen hard I might add)... and I have created a new zine after putting Little Grrrl Lost & Found to bed.
I have…
