postage changes

New postage rates go into effect today for Priority Mail; get your updated U.S. Postal Rates sheet, courtesy of Zine World.

Also: starting this year USPS is making all 1-ounce stamps into Forever stamps. I think this means they're planning to get rid of 1 cent and 2 cent stamps. Read more over at Zine World.

i'm hoping to put together a comp zine about women and the use of marijuana. its not a drug-war propaganda thing, its just about women who use/enjoy/have experience with marijuana. i'm hoping to cover politics and legality issues, interviews with women related to the marijuana industry, media portrayals of women and drugs, recipes and crafts, gardening, marijuana and spirituality, and of course, artwork.
