....and in the beginning.

Okay, so I thought that I'd really concentrate on providing some insight into my own way of thinking on the matter of zine production here. Mainly for the fact, that this little area is too far tucked away into the recesses of the interweb for anyone to take notice. How many posts, blogs, and comments will it take for the whole world to be one giant embarrassment? It's not about the back and forth exchange of ideas from one person to the next. This will primarily be a place for me to spill…See More

so, what IS plastique pop?

Plastique Pop is the creation. An exploration into the expansive world that is art, design, communication, perception, and all around good times. The idea is to craft a unique blend of of mass media to form an amount of work based on surrealism as well as personal and global identity. Plastique pop is currently in the midst of forming an onslaught on various aesthetic physical forms. Examples are (but not limited to), large scale paintings, illustrations, social happenings, radical ideas and literature.

All issues of Plastique Pop are 5.5x8.5 black and white and copied. Average running of pages are 38-40. Also chock full of obnoxious antidotes and mind splattering zaniness. There's no set release dates on these things. They come out when we can get them done. The Primary focus is on the nuances of hip cutting edge rock n' roll and out of sight graphic design. All points in between are covered and portrayed in a sleek xeroxed package for your enjoyment.
