Jennifer Dao said… I haven't forgotten about you. I have been putting together an extended version of the zine from my diary (about the demon) and now it's roughly 40-50 pages long when it used to be only 6 pages. So here's more for you to read. I'll be sending it soon.
I'm sending a short version (6 pages), extended testimonies PART 1 and PART 2 and a Doodle Book.
For times sake, you can send a zine and a donation (if you really really want to, ;P) to

nicci mechler said… Nope, you don't have to be from Ohio to submit work to Sugared Water. We consider submissions from all over the world.
(We're only asking that our current reading assistants be local—and that's only temporary until we're established.)
Room 15 Press said… Thank you so much for donating! And I have a packet of Shards all ready for me to put in the mailbox today! :-D
Hey Fishspit--Thanks again for being a supporter of my zine and sharing it with the hippies at the coffee house! You mentioned sending a donation, but I have a differnt kind of donation in mind: Do you want to participate in my volunteer project, Zines for Troops? I'm collecting zines and sending them to military members and injured veterans. I have a feeling military guys would absolutely love Wiseblood and your storytelling style. If you want to donate (one to however many issues, or even some of your zine collection you don't want anymore), you'll be placed on the Honor Roll. To sweeten the deal, I'll send you two custom 1" buttons. I know a lot of zine people aren't really military types, but I'm just trying to help people in a stressful situation relax. All the info is here: http://wemakezines.ning.com/profiles/blogs/zines-for-troops-donations-needed
Taylor Bostock said… Hey Fishpit, If you can wait a few more weeks i'll send you ISSUE 1 and ISSUE 2 of ENDLESS BUMMER MINI-ZINE, would that be okay with you?
James N. Dawson said… Joe, I hope to have Junk Zine #8 out in July, but I'm busy with a few other zines and a million other things at the moment, so I can't promise that. I'll have a mention/review of the Wisebloods you sent me in it and of course send you a copy of that.
I know we traded, but I can't find a record of what I sent you. Otherwise I'd send you a zine to tide you over, but I don't want to waste a duplicate if you already have it. If you remember and feel like it, let me know what you already have from me and I'll send you a zine, though it might be an oldie.
shannon king said… sorry for the late reply, i l got your wisebloood in the mail and love it, keep them coming and also i want to gave something in return im sending you some artwork i did and i made you a cat piece called frankie.I checked out blood freak,i like it. My fav horror movie is creepshow, because i liked the whole different types of horror stories into one movie.I hope you and pip are well.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'll send some more copies of Shards. I had the opportunity to sit down and read Wiseblood #53 and #56. I didn't want them to end, so please send more! Your writing voice is unique, your story-telling is engaging, and your social commentary is both insightful and hilarious! Congrats on a long-running and entertaining zine.
