dear dears,

please visit marmaladetears.blogspot.com/

I work at the state libary I like to play with photocopiers and I love to get lost in the stack wandering around the forgotten press of yesteryear .
i have contributed to zines lots and made a couple a fews years back but have nothing really fun to share just yet.
I am working on one and I keep changing the title and the idea, but I have a mini that is coming along rather nicely and I just found out that some of my collage works are going to be published in a full colour publication entitled 'Happy Meat'.

ohhhh.. poor fringe. I dont know. maybe a bit. id do it for free the first time i guess. i guess id benefit by finding more people to contribute and using it to advertise Womans Monthly.
Photocopiers are waaay cheaper than laptops if thats any indication. people tell me i could get a decent one for $300, but i havent got around to checking yet. Gonna try and get a grant happening before uni starts..

I was actually thinking of doing a zine workshop for the fringe festival this year. Was just trying to work out how to fit it all into a short amount of time. Dunno if I'll have a photocopierby then.

Thanx. No it is not my art. It is a friend of mines. I am more of a writer than an artist. This particular image rather evokes my muse. I'll pass your comment on to him.

Only my craptastic fledgling zine Summarily, I have four issues working on five, its really quite banal and self indulgent but if you like I could make a few copies and send you some for a swap?
