tiebreaker #1: low-level terrorist [Fall 2010] $3
the theme of this first issue is "terrorism." It includes an essay about terrorism, an illustrated version of Will Potter's "10 Easy Ways To Be Labelled A Terrorist", a story about and tips for guerrilla theater, an interview with local activists, and other fun stuff.

 

Deep Roots Minizine #1 [May 2009] $Free
This is a free minizine for Deep Roots Animal Sanctuary. This first issue contains a bit about Deep Roots; recipes for vegan donuts, potato-leek soup, and flea repellent; there is also a page of '5 ways to help animals'. Currently only available in person or send a stamp or trade to the above address.

The second issue of the free minizine from Deep Roots Animal Sanctuary contains a short essay about never giving up. You'll also find recipes and

8 Wheels and No Pants [Spring 2010]
this minicomic is a primer explaining the basics of roller derby such as how to identify the skaters' roles, how points are scored, how penalties are assessed, and what all those whistles are about.

tiebreaker #2: food fight! [Summer 2011]
the theme of this one is food politics. i'm currently doing a lot of reading and note-taking.  not much completed content yet, so we'll see where it goes. essays, comics and clip art.

I got your mini-zine this morning. the package was laying at the post office for a week... it's cool but the vegan donut receipe use instant stuff we do not use in europe.
