I'm really good at running away, eh?
Again, I apologize for my absence in this world. I've been through a lot over the last few years and I've become afraid that I have completely fallen out of touch with the world of zines. I am afraid that I don't belong anymore. I'm afraid that I've lost my passion and my will to express myself.
But... I've realized. I can't survive without zines. I can't survive without the world of passion, art, writing, musing, underground press. This is my blood, and I've refused myself this vital part of my life for far too long.
Darling Disaster #2 is complete, waiting to be printed. However, some of the information is so... irrelevant that I can't find the heart to print it right now. So, for the time being, it is filed away under 'to be printed later.' Darling Disasters #3 is under away, nearly finished. I'm not doing quarter-sized anymore, I'm going back to half-size. Half-size is where I live.

I am open to taking in some zines for review! I'll be starting a zine review column for Subterfuge magazine (a new-ish women's online magazine) called Broken Stapler. It's been a few years since I got any new zines and I'd love to review some new zines instead of ones I've had sitting in boxes for years and years.

Hmm, I could have sworn that I'd written more entries on here than that!
Ah well.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am back, but I need some ass-kicking to get back into making zines! I want to, but some days I can't even motivate myself to get up and go shower.

I'm so sorry! I've been super busy with work and preparing for NaNoWriMo! I can't freaking believe it!
I know that there were two pre-orders that I received in the mail weeks ago for Darling Disaster No. 1. FINALLY I got the damn thing copied! I'll be sending out those two orders tomorrow as I'm trying to get other things ready and go to work later today.
I would like everyone to know that a page went missing. The morning that I took everything to copy, my original decided… Continue
