about ..crucified freedom..
.crucified freedom.. is anarcho crust punk web zine.. contains interviews, gig reports, band stories, squat stories, some news about d.i.y. underground scene, etc...
the idea of starting with this blog was born as consequence of my strong desire to do something more or less creative.. at first I was very skeptic about all this internet thing (you know, I'm a part of this generation of hand written letters and ordering stuffs from distros, listening records on tapes and so on..) but then I realized that internet can be used very well..
at the beginning there was plan to do a paper 'zine when some materials will be collected at the blog, but because of lack of my free time all that exists only in this online form.. if anyone who is doing a paper 'zine would like to use some materials from this blog just let me know and we will work something out 'cause I think it's too shame that all that materials exist only in online form.. also if someone wants to contribute somehow please feel free to write at crufreedom@gmail.com

I kinda agree with you about the internet vs zines, unfortunately people rarely buy 'zines these days because they can find anything online, most of them don't even buy records from bands they like, they just download them. There's nothing wrong with that but if nobody buys the records how's supposed the band to pay back the recording (and even touring) costs? and you're totaly right about the zine scene in the '90's and '00's,there were tons of punk zines in greece that time and even more great bands, but everything stopped for a short period until 5 years ago.
So are there any punk zines in english from Croatia?
yes unfortunately greece still has obligatory army service,if I'm not mistaken it's the only country within the e.u that still does that! fuckin' assholes! I had to waste a year from my life to get over this shit!
by the way,do you have any of past issues of no exit? if not you download them from the blog
