Fair Review Website would Change the Art World

https://musea.wordpress.com/2016/05/12/fair-review-website-would-change-all-the-arts/Key to any career in any art form is a fair review - right now you and I can't get one, and only a handful in the world can. Fair reviews online would change all that if done in a way that is set up to help artists instead of make money off of them. See blog for more. ThanksSee More

Media/Art Monopoly - Worse then Bagdikian could Imagine.

The Bagdikian InterviewFAIR, Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, rebroadcast an interview with Ben Bagdikian, author of The Media Monopoly.Listening to the ’95 interview of Ben Bagdikian. He mentions the danger of owning both distribution and content. The media / art companies has taken that up one step. They own distribution, content, and reviews of content. They give themselves great reviews for bad music, books, tv, film, etc. ORThey give themselves reviews and deny reviews to independents…See More

Ben Bagdikian has died.

Ben Bagdikian has died. That name may not mean much to you, but it does to me. And I think his legacy will mean more and more as time goes by.He was a journalist who wrote the book The Media Monopoly in 1983.
